If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail, it could be in your spam folder as some e-mail providers don't recognise e-mails from larger companies
If you haven't received your confirmation e-mail in your spam folder either, it could be because the entered e-mail was misspelled. Please contact our Customer Service.
Remember that order confirmation is not the same as an invoice. The invoice will be sent when the complete order has left our warehouse and the payment has been completed.

The exact measurements of a boxspring bed, including its height, length, and
width, depend on the size of the mattress and the type of headboard chosen.
To view all dimensions (width x length x height) at a glance, simply use the configurator and click on "Dimensions".
The bed size you choose depends on how many people will be using it, along with
your room size and comfort preferences. Here are the most popular bed sizes:
- Single (90x200cm). This size is perfect for one person, making it ideal for
children, guest rooms, or small spaces. If you prefer more space, you can opt for
100x200 cm or 120x200 cm. - Double (140x200cm). A good choice for solo sleepers who want extra room to
move around or for couples with limited space. - King (180x200cm). The best option for couples who want maximum space to
sleep, especially if you or your partner tend to move around at night. It’s also great for people who just enjoy a lot of room to stretch out. If you prefer more space, you can opt for 200x200 cm. In smaller rooms, a 160x200 cm bed might be a better fit.
Additionally, you can customize your bed with extra lengths (190, 210, and 220 cm)
or go for wider family sizes (240 and 280 cm) for extra room
Yes! Fey's boxspring beds are available in spacious family sizes, offering widths of 240 cm or 280 cm. You can select this option easily through our configurator, where you can fully customize your family-size bed to match your exact preferences.
If you need more space, you can also combine your family bed with extended lengths (such as 220 cm).
Available size combinations include 240x200, 280x200, and extra-long versions like 240x220 or 280x220 cm, creating the ultimate oversized sleeping solution.

Yes! Thanks to the two high-quality spring systems, the bed promotes excellent ventilation for a healthier sleep, ensuring optimal hygiene and airflow. The toppers are made from breathable, open-pored materials, and the Sanicare cover, which is quilted with climate fibers, can be easily removed and washed at up to 60°C. This eliminates the need for additional encasing, making Fey's boxspring beds a great choice for those with allergies.

Matresses & Toppers
Regardless of your chosen configuration, every Fey bed comes with a premium 7-zone barrel pocket spring mattress, ensuring excellent sleep quality and long-term durability.
For added comfort, all mattresses are complemented by a final topper. You can choose between a high-resilience foam option or an art-gel topper, depending on your preferences.
In the "Mattress" configurator step, you can also select the firmness level that suits you best.
Fey's boxspring beds are designed exclusively for high-quality pocket spring mattresses, carefully selected to offer the ideal balance of support and comfort. Whether you prefer a firmer or softer feel, our range of pocket spring models ensures a perfect match for your sleep preferences.
For sizes 160x200 cm and larger, Fey double beds come with two separate mattresses, each with its own core, allowing you to customize firmness and reduce motion transfer between partners.
The large, continuous topper ensures a smooth, unified sleeping surface, so you don't have to worry about a gap.
The premium removable cover on the topper is designed for easy maintenance and can be washed at up to 60°C. However, it is not suitable for tumble drying.

With proper care, including routine rotation or flipping (see the next question for details), you can extend their lifespan.
On average, the topper remains in good condition for around five years, while the mattress lasts approximately ten years, about twice as long.
For the best sleep experience, consider replacing them once they reach the end of their recommended lifespan. If needed, you can easily order a replacement from us.
Yes. Regular rotation helps distribute wear and extend their lifespan.
Factory-new mattress and topper cores are fully symmetrical, so there's no "right" or "wrong" side at first. However, for optimal comfort:
- Gel foam toppers. Keep the blue (softer) side facing up.
- High resilience toppers. Ensure the high resilience foam side is on top for responsive support and lasting comfort
These are the rotation guidelines:
- Mattresses. Flip twice a year (swap top and bottom, but keep head and foot positions the same).
- Toppers. Rotate every few weeks. High resilience toppers can be flipped, but gel foam toppers should always have the blue side facing up.

You can request up to five fabric samples free of charge.
Delivery & Assembly Options
Currently, we only ship to Denmark (DK) and the Netherlands (NL).
Shipping is included in the price of the product, so there are no additional shipping costs.
Assembly is not included with delivery but can be booked separately in the shopping cart for an additional cost.
Yes, the delivery time can be scheduled when our logistics company contacts you, so we can coordinate a time that works best for you.
